Due to the nature of our all natural products, we cannot assure the purity of merchandise once it has been shipped. For safety and hygiene reasons, this merchandise cannot be restocked or resold so we do not accept returns.
We know that it can be difficult to order new skin care products online but we take the utmost care in preserving the quality of our products before shipping.
Your satisfaction is our goal and we truly believe that you will love our products. If for any reason, you are unhappy, please let us know. We want you to have a positive experience and will work with you if you are not pleased with your purchase.
We fulfill all orders in the order they are received.
To cancel or change an order and place a new one, please follow thes guidelines below (per the following timelines):
If you need to cancel your order the same day as you placed it, you may request that we cancel it completely, and then you may create a new order.
If you need to change your order the day after, you may request that we cancel it completely up until 10 am Pacific Time.
Once shipped, we cannot change or cancel an order, and we cannot change the shipping address. Please review all order details carefully before finalizing.
We do not backorder products. In the event that we are out of stock of a particular item, we will contact you to discuss replacement/refund options.
We strive to deliver orders within 3 - 5 days of your original order days but 5 - 7 business days may be necessary during the holiday season.
